ARE YOU READY TO GET AFTER IT?
At Alpine Ranch CrossFit, you are a part of something bigger than just a workout. It’s where you work hard and achieve goals you never thought were possible!
Every class is led by a certified CrossFit coach who will teach you each movement, scale the movements to your personal ability, ensure your movements are safe, and be a constant motivator. In turn you will greatly decrease your risk for injury and increase your overall performance.
CrossFit is based on “functional” movements for every day life, and we can tailor any movement to meet your current level of fitness. You will never be asked to do anything outside your ability nor left to fend for yourself.
Regardless of your ability and age you can succeed at CrossFit. Don’t just take our word for it, come on in and talk with current members about their CrossFit journey thus far. They would be happy to detail their personal experiences.

FAQs
Each class is an hour long. You can expect to move through about 5-15 minutes of a warm up followed by a skill or strength section before moving into whatever the workout is programmed for the day.
We’re not going to lie. CrossFit is demanding both mentally and physically, which is precisely the reason why it changes lives. It gives you the opportunity to better yourself in an ever changing environment. Instead of going to a regular gym and wandering from machine to machine without any guidance, here you will be coached and encouraged every day with strict emphasis on safe movement.
When and how much you eat depends on your own personal preferences and variables- some people like to eat right before they exercise, some people prefer to fuel up an hour or so beforehand.
Not sure what to do? Opt for a small portion carbs (think: half a banana) beforehand and a more substantial meal within an hour after training, which will help with recovery.
Don’t forget your water bottle, towel & mask if necessary, a good attitude, comfortable shoes and maybe a dry shirt to change into after you’re done.
Most people new to CrossFit will feel sore. It’s best to do some light activity the day after to get the blood flowing. If you’re not used to feeling sore, opt for a long walk or bike ride in between sessions as well as plenty of stretching.
One of the beauties of CrossFit is we can tailor any movement to meet your current level of fitness. Regardless of your ability and age you can succeed at CrossFit. You will never be asked to do anything outside your ability nor left to fend for yourself.
Every new member will talk to Coach Chappie about your health history, sport history, and your short and long term goals so that he may help you reach them.
Don’t worry, we’re here for you — you got this!
