SCHEDULE

WORKOUT OF THE DAY – ALPINE RANCH CROSSFIT

From the time you enter the gym to the time you exit will be 60 minutes on any given day. It will include a strict warm-up, workout discussion & demo, strength training, WOD (Workout of the Day) and stretching/mobility. A coach will always be present at least 15 minutes before and after each class for Q & A, lessons on an exercise you want extra work on, or just someone to chit chat with.

In case of emergencies, sickness, certain holidays or unforeseen conflicts the schedule could be changed. Please make sure to check our Facebook and Instagram daily for any last minute scheduling updates.

Our Olympic Weightlifting class focuses on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk. This class is for ALL levels & abilities. Want to take your daily WOD’s to the next level…this class is for YOU! Saturdays @ 9:45am (1.5 hours)

The Powerlifting class focuses on strict strength training in the Deadlift, Squat & Bench Press. Tuesdays @ 6:30pm (1 hour)

On Saturdays we also offer Open Gym from 9:30 am to noon. You just have to be willing to work around others and not interrupt classes during those times.

***The last Saturday of every month a HERO WOD will be constructed for your enjoyment. These WOD’s are meant to be challenging and will test your mental and physical abilities. You can expect these WOD’s to take between 45 to 90 minutes to include the warm up. The Olympic Lifting Class may be occasionally cancelled on these day when conducting a special HERO WOD.
